Anurag Menon Kunnath is a highly skilled software engineer with over 8 years of experience in the field. Currently working at General Motors, he specializes in embedded software development and is responsible for designing and developing software and test scripts used in Aftermarket retrofit kits and factory-based kits. Anurag completed his Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Embedded Systems, from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Amrita School of Engineering in Bangalore, India. Anurag's previous experience includes working as an Associate Systems Engineer at IBM and as a technical intern at Ushva Clean Technologies, where he built a Smart Traffic Management system. He has also worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Caterpillar, where his primary responsibilities included design and development of software and test scripts. He has extensive experience in using tools such as Matlab, Simulink, CodeWarrior, and languages such as C, TLC. He is also proficient in using tools such as CADeT, Lauterbach Trace 32 debugger, ModMaster, USB Multilink universal debugger, Wire shark, CAT Electronic Technician, and CANape for validation and debugging purposes. Anurag has also created Python scripts to test different applications.
